Guk is seeking a proactive Guest Experience Manager to lead the Front of House at our prestigious corporate office in the United Kingdom. You will be the sole ambassador of the building, delivering a premium, hospitality-led reception experience and managing the daily operations to ensure flawless guest journeys.

You will greet visitors, handle enquiries, coordinate meeting rooms, manage access and security procedures, and build strong relationships with tenants, clients and contractors.

Formación

• Experience in luxury, corporate, hospitality or HNW environments.
• Impeccable presentation and customer service skills.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational abilities.
• Proactive, calm under pressure and solutions-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a polished, welcoming and professional Front of House service.
• Meet, greet and manage all visitors and incoming calls.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality, refreshments and catering.
• Maintain an immaculate reception and common areas.
• Act as first point of contact for tenants, client representatives and visitors.
• Support building operations including security, safety, compliance and contractors.
• Monitor office supplies, maintenance and cleaning standards.
• Manage access control, key fobs and visitor procedures.
• Assist with Health & Safety records, incidents and reporting.
• Produce tenant newsletters, social media posts and organise events/pop-ups.
