Job summary

Sea Containers London is seeking a Receptionist to deliver a seamless, personalised guest experience from arrival to departure. As the main contact in the lobby, you will embody the hotel’s guest-centric hospitality and support daily arrivals, ensuring coordinated and memorable stays.

When working with Thames Suites, you will provide complete check-in/check-out and bespoke service for suite guests. You will review arrivals, communicate personalized welcome notes, upsell experiences, and ensure

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Facilitate special moments (birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, VIP gestures).
• Support concierge-style services including reservations, transport coordination, and curated experiences.
