Malvern Garden Buildings Ltd is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our friendly team at the Malvern Garden Buildings show site in Leek, Staffordshire. You’ll help customers choose the right luxury garden building and guide them through the process with excellent service.

With full training, you’ll become a product expert, build relationships, manage enquiries in our CRM, and help achieve targets. A full UK driving licence is required, weekends available, with a base salary of £26,400 and generous

• Experience using a CRM system to manage enquiries and follow-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Become a product expert and guide customers to the right garden building.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering excellent service.
• Manage and nurture enquiries using our CRM system (training provided).
• Act as liaison between customers and manufacturers for a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Maintain the show site to present the products to the highest standard.
