Job summary

Malvern Garden Buildings Ltd is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our friendly team at the Malvern Garden Buildings show site in Leek, Staffordshire. You’ll help customers choose the right luxury garden building and guide them through the process with excellent service.

With full training, you’ll become a product expert, build relationships, manage enquiries in our CRM, and help achieve targets. A full UK driving licence is required, weekends available, with a base salary of £26,400 and generous

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn t just a sales role. It s about supporting customers through the process of choosing the right garden building.

• With full training you ll become a product expert and confidently guide customers to the perfect garden building that best suits their needs.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Manage and nurture enquiries using our CRM system (training provided).
• Act as the key liaison between customers and manufacturers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Take pride in maintaining the appearance of the show site, ensuring our garden buildings are always presented to the highest standard.
