In this role, you will support the Trade Sales department with inquiries, order processing, and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered. Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and provide support.
• Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of bespoke luxury furniture.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Trade Sales department with day-to-day inquiries and order processing.
• Provide high-level customer service to Trade clients.
• Liaise with suppliers for customer sample requests.
