Claridge's in London is seeking an exceptional Reception Supervisor to join the Front Office team. You will lead the reception shift, welcome guests and ensure flawless check-in/check-out, while maintaining Forbes/LQA standards.

Ideal candidates have prior five-star or fine dining experience, strong leadership, and a passion for service, with a focus on intuitive guest care and team development.

Formación

• Worked in a similar role, within a five star or fine dining environment.
• Confident in leading, supporting and motivating a team.
• Skilled at managing service flow and stepping in during busy periods.
• Provide intuitive service with understanding of guest needs.
• Team player who seeks growth and development.
• Thorough understanding of Forbes and LQA Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Creating renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
• Ensure smooth running of the shift at the reception desk and assist Receptionists.
• Allocate rooms and ensure credit procedures are followed.
• Update guest history and follow up on guest problems.
• Handover to the next shift and balance banking efficiently.
