Ideal candidates will have luxury front desk experience and a passion for hospitality, ensuring flawless check-ins and check-outs while anticipating guest needs at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception/front desk experience, ideally in luxury or high-end environment
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and personalised guest recognition
• Create an exceptional first and last impression with warmth, confidence and professionalism
• Deliver highly personalised attentive service and adapt approach to each guest
• Anticipate guest needs rather than just respond to requests
• Manage arrivals, departures, inquiries and requests with attention to detail and calm demeanour
