Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and verify bookings at arrival.
• Conduct efficient check-in and provide room keys and facility information.
• Handle check-out, including billing and guest feedback collection.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to meet guest needs.
