Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and attentiveness.
• Proficiency in operating switchboard equipment and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage switchboard console and other telecommunication devices.
• Keep accurate records of all calls with caller and recipient details.
• Liaise with internal departments and external organizations to facilitate smooth communication.
