Job summary

Puig is opening a new Rabanne counter at Harrods London and seeks an inspiring Business Manager to lead the launch and bring our world of British fragrance to life.

As a Business Manager you will drive counter performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, build a loyal client base, and champion the Penhaligon's brand while collaborating with store teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Manager or similar leadership role in beauty or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong storytelling ability to create personalised fragrance journeys.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to manage changing priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with store teams.

• Deliver and exceed retail sales and performance targets.
• Create memorable fragrance consultations, turning discovery into personal storytelling.
• Build meaningful customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.

• Analyse performance and implement actions that maximise commercial opportunities.
