Puig’s Rabanne counter at Selfridges London is seeking a passionate Business Manager to lead the launch and bring our British fragrance story to life. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, lead with energy, and build a loyal client base, championing the brand and delivering commercial results.

You will partner with store teams and stakeholders to maximise opportunities, manage engagements, and deliver memorable fragrance journeys that connect with customers at Selfridges London.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, skincare, or luxury retail.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong storytelling ability to create personalised fragrance journeys.
