Puig is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join the Dries Van Noten Selfridges team in London. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, maintain high standards, and develop Fragrance Consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a niche fragrance, beauty or luxury environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised and effective at team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead on the shop floor in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and analysing sales data to inform strategy.
• Develop Fragrance Consultants and ensure product knowledge across teams.
• Manage client events and centre events to boost client engagement.
• Support staffing levels and floor coverage while controlling payroll costs.
