Job summary

Quorn Stone in Bristol is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Bristol showroom team. You will guide customers through their purchasing journey, provide expert product advice, and ensure an exceptional showroom experience both in person and via phone/email.

The role involves processing quotations, payments, deliveries, aftersales support, and CRM updates. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, work on weekends, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class customer experience both in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase.
• Provide advice on product suitability, sizing, pricing, and design.
• Create quotations, processing payments, and arranging deliveries.
• Provide outstanding aftersales support and resolving customer queries.
• Welcoming customers into the showroom and ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Updating the CRM system with relevant customer information and daily activity.
• Arranging samples to be dispatched to customers.
• Making outbound calls to our customer database.
• Supporting the showroom team with day-to-day operations.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming showroom environment.
• Confirming showroom appointments with customers prior to arrival.
• Providing refreshments to customers during appointments.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our showroom team.

• Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 plus a performance bonus of £6,200 (max OTE £34,200)
• Working hours: Full-time, including weekends on a rota basis
• Location: Quorn Stone Bristol, 92a Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2QN

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional showroom experience for our customers. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will guide customers through their purchasing journey, providing expert advice, outstanding customer service, and support from initial enquiry through to aftersales.

• Confidence building rapport with customers
• Strong attention to detail and grammatical accuracy
