Job summary

Cambridge House, Auberge Collection in London’s Mayfair is seeking a Food & Beverage Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests exploring dining and drinking experiences, handling enquiries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring every guest feels valued from the initial interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant reservations, Food & Beverage, guest services or a similar hospitality role, ideally within a luxury environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a confident telephone manner and the ability to communicate warmly and professionally.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings in a busy environment.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Welcome reservation enquiries by telephone, email and digital platforms with warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm for our dining experiences.
• Manage restaurant and bar reservations accurately, recording guest preferences, dietary requirements and seating requests within our reservation systems.
• Develop knowledge of Cambridge House’s food and beverage offerings to guide guests to the best setting for their occasion.
• Coordinate with restaurant, bar and events teams to communicate special arrangements and changes for a seamless guest experience.
• Personalise bookings where appropriate and maximise reservations while balancing guest service with commercial awareness.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and follow up on enquiries, amendments and cancellations.
