Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead our multi-outlet F&B operation at a luxury resort in Staffordshire. Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you will oversee Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Weddings, and Events, driving outstanding service, commercial performance and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior F&B management experience within a hotel, resort or luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience managing multiple F&B outlets.
• Strong commercial awareness including budgets, labour costs and stock control.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Weddings and Events to deliver outstanding service and guest experiences.
• Lead, motivate and develop Restaurant Managers, Bars Manager, Meetings & Events Managers, Assistant Managers and teams.
• Drive sales, revenue and departmental performance while controlling costs and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, SOPs and health & safety requirements.
• Plan rotas, recruit and onboard staff, conduct performance reviews and team development.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and continuous improvement.
