Hoar Cross Hall is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead our F&B operation. You will report to the Head of Food & Beverage and oversee multiple outlets with a large team, delivering outstanding service, revenue growth and unforgettable guest experiences.

You will drive teams, manage budgets and staffing, ensure compliance with food safety and licensing, and continuously improve service quality in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Senior Food & Beverage management experience in hotel, resort or luxury hospitality
• Experience managing multiple outlets
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets and costs
• Proven leadership to coach and develop teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
