Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage management experience in the hotel industry (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of leading teams.
• Cocktail and Mixology creation knowledge.
• Must have Zonal PMS experience (or similar) and drive revenues with the commercial team.
• Exceptional customer service and commercial awareness.

• Oversee F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Implement and maintain operating systems and processes for outlets.
• Inspire, train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Manage day-to-day operations with high guest service standards.
