Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, executive lounge, room service and events operations.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with shift planning and team coverage.
• Ensure five-star standards of cleanliness, ambience and presentation across outlets.
• Greet high-profile guests and handle feedback with discretion.
• Train and develop F&B staff to uphold luxury service levels.
• Monitor costs, budgets and revenue performance.
