Job summary

Montcalm Collection in London is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to support the Night Manager and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining safety.

The role involves supervising night teams, handling guest requests, contributing to audits, coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B, and stepping in for the Night Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel Front Office operations.
• Supervisory or senior team member experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages desirable.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift operations and guest services.
• Assist with night audits and reporting.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and F&B for nightly readiness.
• Handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism.
• Lead shift in the Night Manager's absence.
• Ensure safety and data protection standards.
