Montcalm Collection in London is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing breakfast and dinner service, Executive Lounge, Room Service and events as required.

You will lead and mentor a team of culinary and service professionals, set high operational standards, ensure hygiene and safety compliance, and collaborate with other departments to create unforgettable luxury experiences.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional culinary service to diverse clientele.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar 5-star property.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of restaurant, executive lounge, room service and events, ensuring smooth service during all meal periods.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing shifts, setting schedules and adequate team coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with kitchen for ingredients availability.
• Ensure F&B outlets maintain five-star standards in cleanliness, ambience and presentation.
• Greet and engage with high profile customers, ensuring dining experiences exceed expectations.
• Train F&B team on luxury service standards and maintaining welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing F&B team to uphold high standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching for the team.
• Motivate team to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Assist in controlling costs and monitoring F&B budgets.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless service and events.
• Drive promotions delivering great dining experiences.
