The Connaught in Mayfair, London, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join the Jean-Georges kitchen team. You will work closely with the Executive Head Chef, lead a brigade of chefs, and ensure the smooth running of daily kitchen operations while delivering exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training and development of junior chefs, and maintaining the high standards expected in a 5-Star luxury hotel environment.

Competenze

• Experience at a similar level within a quality dining environment.
• Luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop junior chefs in the brigade.

Mansioni

• Lead and support the kitchen team in day-to-day operations.
