Job summary

The Connaught, a Maybourne Hotel, seeks an Executive Sous Chef to join the Jean-Georges kitchen team. You will lead with precision, deliver exceptional dishes, and manage day-to-day kitchen operations in collaboration with the Executive Head Chef.

Your experience in luxury dining and strong leadership will drive training and mentorship across the brigade, ensuring consistent quality and service at a 5-Star standard.

Qualifications

• You will be an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills and a key focus on detail to deliver outstanding quality and service.
• Previous experience at a similar level within a quality dining environment, preferably luxury hospitality, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Executive Head Chef and play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Jean-Georges kitchen.
• Share knowledge and support in the training and development of more junior chefs in the brigade.
