Live Recruitment is seeking an Event Guest / Delegate Manager for a desk-based role within a busy production team. You will manage guest and delegate logistics across a varied high-end events programme and act as the primary client contact throughout the event lifecycle.

Join a long-established in-house agency with design, production and entertainment teams, working on an expanding international programme. Applications from all backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Managing guest and delegate logistics across a varied event programme
• Acting as a key client contact throughout the event lifecycle
• Collaborating with in-house design, production and entertainment teams
• Attending site surveys and client meetings as required
• Coordinating suppliers and managing relevant production budgets
• Solving problems quickly and keeping delivery on track under pressure
