Live Recruitment is seeking a Sales & Event Manager for a luxury events agency with in-house design and production. Hybrid working arrangement applies: 4 days in office, 1 day from home, with a creative portfolio and high-end client exposure.

You will lead proposals from brief to signed contract, pitch ideas to luxury brands, and mentor the sales team while ensuring flawless on-site delivery at live events.

Qualifikationen

• Background in event design, production or proposal writing.
• Experience selling to luxury brands and high-net-worth clients.
• Proven track record of pitching concepts and closing deals.
• Ability to manage client relationships from brief to delivery.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Develop compelling proposals and design concepts from client briefs.
• Pitch creative ideas to luxury brand and high-net-worth clients.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, venues and industry partners.
• Attend site visits and meetings to convert and strengthen key accounts.
• Brief the operations team with clear technical specifications.
• Manage event budgets and project reporting.
• Mentor the wider sales team and stay ahead of luxury design trends.
• Support on-site delivery at live events.
