Job summary

Live Recruitment seeks an Event Project Executive to support an international programme across corporate conferences, incentives, exhibitions and awards events. You will be involved from day one, coordinating delegate management, travel logistics and on-site delivery with a hands-on, pragmatic team.

You’ll collaborate with a specialist in-house team, using agency systems for travel, registration and communications, while building strong relationships with stakeholders across pharma, tech and

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills are a firm requirement.
• Hands-on exposure to event delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Delegate management, communications and query handling across multiple projects
• Flight monitoring and travel logistics coordination via agency systems
• Spreadsheet and data management, including delegate and event databases
• Building and distributing join instructions and event communications
• App and event technology support across registration and booking platforms
• Venue sourcing and contribution to smaller proposals
• On-site delivery at live events across the UK and internationally
