Live Recruitment is seeking an Event Guest / Delegate Manager for a desk-based role within a busy production team. You will manage guest and delegate logistics across a varied high-end events programme and act as the primary client contact throughout the event lifecycle.

The Role

The Event Guest / Delegate Manager is a permanent, predominantly desk-based role sitting at the heart of a busy production team, managing the client-facing and logistical detail that turns a creative concept into a seamlessly delivered event.

The Candidate

The right Event Guest / Delegate Manager will have a solid background in event production or guest management, with hands‑on experience handling demanding, detail‑focused clients and delivering events where the standard expected is consistently high. You are comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple workstreams, and finding solutions when things don’t go to plan.

A background in the luxury or private events sector is beneficial but not essential. The strongest candidates for this Event Guest / Delegate Manager position bring a genuine delivery focus, stay calm under pressure, and know how to manage client relationships where expectations are exacting.
