Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or guest-facing roles is desirable.
• Warm, welcoming demeanor and professional presence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Collaborative mindset with fellow team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a memorable first impression on every arrival.
• Assist with doors, luggage, transport arrangements and departures, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Maintain a confident, attentive presence at the entrance and anticipate guest needs.
• Share local knowledge and recommendations to introduce guests to Mayfair and its surroundings.
• Work with the House team to handle arrivals, departures and special requests seamlessly.
• Maintain the entrance and surrounding areas to the highest standards and inviting atmosphere.
• Support guest safety, privacy and comfort with sound judgment and professionalism.
