Job summary

Cambridge House, a landmark Mayfair luxury hotel, is seeking a Doorman who warmly welcomes guests, assists with doors, luggage and transport, and helps create a seamless first impression. • Work closely with the wider House team to ensure arrivals, departures and special requests are handled seamlessly.
• Maintain the presentation of the entrance and surrounding areas to the highest standards, ensuring the House always feels inviting.
• Support the safety, privacy and comfort of guests through sound judgement, vigilance and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality, doorman or guest-facing role is desirable.
• A natural passion for hospitality and a genuine enjoyment of welcoming and engaging with guests.
• Excellent communication skills, a welcoming manner and a polished, professional presence.
• An attentive eye for detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and remain composed during busy periods.
• A collaborative approach, taking pride in supporting fellow team members and delivering exceptional service together.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
