Job summary

Silversea is seeking experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join our ultra-luxury cruise brand and lead premier dining experiences aboard our ships. You will supervise daily restaurant operations, guide service teams, and ensure flawless guest service from arrival to departure.

In this role you will coordinate reservations and seating, mentor colleagues, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service, and contribute to memorable dining moments for distinguished guests.

• Experience in luxury dining service environments.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Support and motivate restaurant team members while leading by example on the restaurant floor.
• Coordinate reservations, seating plans, table assignments, and service flow to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in delivering personalized service for special occasions and dietary requests.
• Support revenue opportunities through outstanding service and guest engagement.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational excellence.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to elevate service standards.
