Job summary

Sofitel London St James is seeking an In-Room Dining Team Leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring a personalised, luxury dining experience in guest rooms. You will guide and develop the in-room dining team, maintain service standards, and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Expect to manage schedules, coach staff, monitor quality and safety, and respond to guest requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage or In-Room Dining within luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily in-room dining operations to ensure luxury service standards.
• Lead, train and motivate the in-room dining team; manage pre-shift briefings.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages to rooms.
