Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, is seeking a Head Waiter to join the Aubrey team. You will master the menu, support the bar, and create an enchanting guest experience in a luxury setting.

Successful candidates will have prior Head Waiter experience in high-end hospitality and be able to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. 39 hours, 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Head Waiter experience in a high standard hospitality establishment.
• Become an expert on the menu and have a passion for Food & Beverage and service.
• Able to work on a rotating shift basis, evenings and weekends, including bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve the restaurant and support the bar team when needed.
• Build rapport with guests and deliver an unforgettable experience.
• Ensure all orders, issuing of bills and payments are taken correctly.
