Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is seeking a Breakfast Waiter to join its iconic breakfast team. You will demonstrate knowledge of the breakfast menu, take orders, and strive for guest satisfaction while maintaining a tidy, well-prepared station.

The role operates on a rotating shift with 39 hours per week, starting at 5:30am, across seven days including weekends and bank holidays. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred and excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the breakfast menu and F&B offerings.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently from guests.
