Night Concierge Luxury Residential Development

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Rota: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts)

We are seeking a polished, proactive, and service-driven Night Concierge to oversee night operations at a luxury residential development in the heart of Canary Wharf.

As the face of this prestigious development during night hours, you will ensure a seamless resident experience creating a welcoming environment, building strong relationships with residents, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, security, and care.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent a high-end development and play an essential role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and valued throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities
Resident & Visitor Engagement
  • Greet and assist residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records for residents, visitors, and contractors.
Deliveries & Key Management
  • Receive, log, and securely manage resident deliveries and parcels through internal systems.
  • Oversee key handling, ensuring accurate and secure key management at all times.
Security & Safety
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment across the development.
  • Monitor CCTV and promptly report any incidents, defects, or safety concerns.
  • Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies and out-of-hours incidents, following approved procedures.
Resident Support & Coordination
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and amenity bookings.
  • Provide helpful recommendations for local services, restaurants, and amenities in the Canary Wharf area.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to support smooth operations and effective handovers.
  • Escalate maintenance issues or resident concerns to the appropriate teams.
