Job summary

Lympstone Manor Ltd is seeking a Day Porter to join our Front of House team at our 5* luxury hotel between Exeter and Exmouth. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a renowned Relais & Châteaux property.

The role requires passion for hospitality, attention to detail and the ability to work cohesively with colleagues to uphold the hotel’s high standards. Proven hotel industry experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Customer orientated with attention to detail.
• Good standard of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work as an effective team and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing a concierge service to guests on request
• Assisting with breakfast service/early morning trays as required
• Providing a valeting service to all guests, including parking, cleaning and polishing of cars
• Offering all guests assistance where possible, including luggage, shoe polishing and laundry services
