Lympstone Manor, a 5-star luxury hotel between Exeter and Exmouth, is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead all guest-facing operations and uphold the highest standards of service.

You will oversee Reception and Front of House, Duty Management, and guest relations, personally welcome guests, anticipate needs, and work closely with Restaurant and Housekeeping to create memorable experiences at every touchpoint.

Formación

• Previous experience within luxury hospitality, boutique hotels or high-end guest services.
• Experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Reception or Duty Management.
• Natural host with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible, hands-on and able to support other departments when required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead guest experience and service excellence across the day.
• Personally welcome and engage guests to ensure a warm, memorable experience.
• Oversee the guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Manage Duty Manager shifts and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain high standards in lounges, bar and restaurant areas.
• Support Reception and Front Office during busy periods.
• Ensure health, safety and security procedures are followed.
