Job summary

Michael Caines Ltd. at Lympstone Manor, a 5* luxury hotel between Exeter and Exmouth, is seeking a Day Porter to join the Front of House team. The role requires passion for hospitality and delivering high standards of service to guests.

You will interact with guests, assist with breakfast service, provide valeting for guests, help with luggage, shoe polishing, laundry, and general guest assistance. Full-time hours with competitive pay and generous tron.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is desirable.
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English.
• Team player with a proactive approach to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide a concierge service to guests on request.
• Assist with breakfast service and early morning trays as required.
• Provide a valeting service to all guests, including parking, cleaning and polishing of cars.
• Offer guest assistance where possible, including luggage, shoe polishing and laundry services.
