Job summary

RH in Reading seeks a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a luxury, design-led service. You will remove obstacles, provide support, and are empowered to do the right thing to ensure every guest leaves delighted.

Requirements include 1+ years in luxury retail customer service, fluent Italian and English, and exceptional communication. Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Salesforce and Microsoft Office is preferred; ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury retail customer service.
• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Poise to interact with high-end customers and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with Mac OS, iOS devices, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• LiveRH vision and represent the brand through polished communication and professionalism.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and connect them with the right associates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Build brand loyalty and revenue by knowledge of RH products, processes and systems.
• Educate potential design customers on RH Interior Design services.
