Job summary

Christian Dior Couture seeks a full-time Senior Sales Executive for our Selfridges concession in London to develop client relationships and become a specialist in Dior couture.

You will implement clientelling strategies, retain clients, and deliver an exceptional one-to-one in-store experience. The role requires outstanding product knowledge across Women's Ready-To-Wear, Fine Jewelry, Accessories and Leather Goods, and a passion for Dior.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Women’s Ready-To-Wear, Fine Jewelry, Accessories and Leather Goods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

• Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and advise customers while delivering top-tier service.
• Develop loyalty through a 1-2-1 personal shopper approach to sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across categories and current campaigns.
• Introduce add-on sales and achieve departmental targets.
• Maintain stock and follow store procedures including security.
