Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in London at the Selfridges concession is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate for the Menswear Team to develop client relationships and to become a specialist in Dior couture. You will greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of service, build loyalty through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach, and demonstrate product knowledge across all categories.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Menswear.
• Previous experience within luxury fashion.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• A passion for Christian Dior and our collections.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of customer service at all times.
• Develop loyalty with customers by building relationships through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and keep aware of campaigns, new launches and promotions.
• Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with targets.
• Deal with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Be aware of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis.
• Follow all stock management procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and display standards within the department.
• Be conversant with selling systems, cash handling, and exchanges.
• Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
• Take actions to maximise security and prevent theft of product.
• Ensure department operates in line with company procedures to minimise losses.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
• Carry out any additional duties as directed by management.
• Candidates must be available to work full-time 40 hours per week, with Monday to Sunday flexibility.
