Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Conference & Banqueting Assistant at Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa in Nantwich. You will support operations in a busy service area, ensuring high standards of presentation and seamless event delivery.

The role requires setting up and taking down equipment, knowledge of menus, and a flexible approach to cover different hotel areas as needed. You will be part of the Hand Picked Team delivering a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support operations within the conference and banqueting service area to high standards.
• Set up and take down equipment (tables, chairs, props, decorations) efficiently.

• Contribute to departmental goals and propose improvements.
• Communicate and delegate tasks in line with daily events and business levels.
