Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a commercially driven Cluster Sales Manager to support three luxury properties in the Cotswolds. You will own local sales activity, build relationships with corporate and group clients, and collaborate with hotel teams to grow revenue and events across the Hand Picked Hotels collection.

You will travel within the cluster, represent the brand, and develop a strong sales culture on property while driving activations for weddings, private dining and conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, meetings & events, and luxury leisure preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to grow revenue and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own local sales activity across the cluster focusing on corporate and group rooms, meetings and conferences, private dining, food & beverage and hotel experiences.
• Develop and manage local relationships and key hotel accounts to drive revenue across segments including luxury leisure.
• Hunt for new business opportunities, build a healthy pipeline of corporate, conference and group business, and convert enquiries.
• Collaborate with Directors, General Managers, Sales & Events teams and Revenue colleagues to activate seasonal sales initiatives.
