Job summary

Soho House & Co. in Central London is seeking a Receptionist at Cecconi's Mayfair to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering seamless front-of-house service with discretion, efficiency and elegance.

You will handle high-volume phone lines, assist with reservations, and support club operations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and upholding Soho House standards.

The role offers training, team events, and benefits including staff discounts and health plans.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a front desk role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or private members clubs.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in reservation systems (Opera, Open Table, or equivalent).
• Calm under pressure and guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every member and guest by name (where local) with a hospitable manner.
• Answer high-volume phone lines for reservations, inquiries, and deliveries.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, hours, and amenity availability.
• Keep reception area, desk and coat room clean and organized.
• Support Guest List duties on floor level, club, and Rooftop as applicable.
• Train new hires on Soho Standards and daily service steps.
• Inform guests confidently about facilities and events.
