RB Holdings is seeking an exceptional Events & Reservations Director for its London club operations. You will lead the Events & Reservations team, drive private dining, events and meeting room bookings, and deliver seamless experiences that exceed member and guest expectations.

Experience in luxury hospitality and managing high-profile events is essential. You will collaborate with operations to optimise occupancy while maintaining an exclusive member experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in luxury hospitality or premium events venues.
• Proven ability to lead Events, Reservations, Guest Relations or Membership functions.
• Track record in driving event sales and bookings.
• Experience managing VIP guests and bespoke client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Events & Reservations team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive private dining, events and meeting room bookings to maximise revenue.
• Build relationships with members and clients to deliver personalised experiences.
• Oversee event planning and delivery to the highest standards.
• Manage reservations operations, optimise occupancy while preserving exclusivity.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless club experiences.
• Monitor budgets, performance and revenue opportunities.
