OKA is seeking a Client Experience Lead to drive a premium customer journey and commercial performance on the sales floor. You will lead by example, coaching Sales Advisors to achieve targets and maximise opportunities through expert product knowledge and styling advice.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will own day-to-day operations, maintain momentum against KPIs, and embody OKA values while delivering outstanding service and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail environments.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate sales teams.
• Ability to use performance data to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Champion an exceptional luxury customer experience at every touchpoint.
