Job summary

LA MAISON JACQUEMUS in London seeks a Senior Client Advisor to be an ambassador of the House, offering each client a unique luxury experience and introducing them to the DNA of the brand and its product range.

You will welcome and advise clients, share product expertise, build lasting relationships, contribute to sales targets, and collaborate with the team to ensure impeccable store presentation and service.

The role requires at least five years in fashion luxury sales and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in sales in fashion or luxury sector.
• Experience selling luxury handbags is ideal.
• Ability to understand and exceed client needs for a superior experience.
• Ability to manage pre-existing client follow-up and reassign boutique clients.
• Initiative, service mindset, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the House and play a crucial role in offering each client a unique experience in line with the values and commitment of the House. You will strive to discover your clients’ personalities and identify their desires while introducing them to the DNA of the House and its entire product range.

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the store: Visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, customer service, stock management.
• Master and adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a high sensitivity to product and fashion.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector, and ideally experience selling luxury handbags.
• You have the ability to understand and go beyond the client’s needs to offer the best possible client experience.
• You have the ability to transition pre-existing client follow while also absorbing existing boutique clients reassigned to them.
• You have a taste for challenges and a desire to collectively achieve set objectives.
• Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential for your success at JACQUEMUS.
• You are fluent in English. Another language would be a plus.
