OMEGA in the United Kingdom invites talented Client Advisors to join a globally celebrated luxury brand. You will deliver an exceptional boutique experience, share the stories behind iconic collections, and build meaningful relationships with clients to create memorable shopping journeys.

You will contribute to boutique sales targets through expert product knowledge, maintain impeccable presentation, support VIP databases, and participate in ongoing training to continuously elevate service

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium client service.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.
• Knowledge or passion for luxury watches is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine and lasting relationships with clients, cultivating loyalty and repeat business to deliver a world-class level of service.
• Contribute to the achievement of boutique sales targets through exceptional service and product expertise.
• Support the growth and maintenance of the client and VIP database, ensuring personalised follow up and engagement.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of OMEGA's heritage, collections, innovations, and watchmaking expertise.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation standards, ensuring every detail reflects the luxury positioning of our brand.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock presentation, and boutique operations, including stock counts and inventory management processes.
• Organise and maintain boutique resources, including product packaging, warranties, instruction manuals, and visual merchandising materials.
• Participate in ongoing training programs and product education to continuously enhance your knowledge and performance.
