Job summary

Louis Vuitton Heathrow is seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service to our discerning clients. You will guide customers through our leather goods, ready-to-wear, and accessories, building lasting relationships and presenting the brand heritage with excellence.

The role requires experience in luxury retail, a strong ability to achieve sales targets, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (2+ years preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• A genuine passion for luxury fashion, art, and culture.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Sales: Proactively welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to capture client information and follow up to nurture relationships.
• Brand Ambassador: Embody the Louis Vuitton brand through presentation, professionalism and knowledge of trends.
• Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately and efficiently and assist with inventory and stock management as needed.
