Acne Studios is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our Bicester Village store. You will work with your team to build loyal customer relationships, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding luxury shopping experience.

Training in luxury sales and clienteling is provided to enhance your service approach. Ideal candidates have a customer-facing background in retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining store operations and inventory

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing role within retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent service.
• CRM and clienteling experience.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
• Able to work as part of a luxury environment.
