Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere and nurturing relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across categories to present features and brand heritage, and cross-sell/up-sell to hit targets.
• Capture client information and purchase history using CRM tools; follow up via phone, email, or in-store appointments to drive repeat business.
• Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with professional presentation and passion for luxury, staying informed on trends and market insights.
• Assist with inventory, stock management and secure transactions, ensuring a pristine sales floor.
