• Experience delivering luxury retail service and clienteling.
• Proficient with Outlook for communications and scheduling.
• Able to use Excel for basic tracking and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.
• Grooming standards aligned with luxury brand expectations.
• Demonstrates adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proactive time management to meet KPIs and store targets.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and promote the Company’s standards of retail excellence by consistently delivering exceptional service.
• Actively strive to achieve key performance indicators, to improve store results and reach individual and store targets.
• Provide an engaging and unique client experience, surpassing client expectations at every opportunity, guided by the Sales Ceremony.
• Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through service, attitude, and grooming.
• Be an expert in product information, including design, craftsmanship, materials, and care.
• Build and maintain quality relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty through personal interaction and active clienteling.
• Drive CRM in store, utilizing all available tools and taking an entrepreneurial approach.
• Foster a positive, supportive team culture and collaborate with all team members.
• Support daily operations, inventory movements and back-office tasks, and store upkeep.
• Adhere to company policies and represent the brand appropriately in all contexts, including social media.
